loxbutterfly Hi Jamie, I am glad you got a refund but I am a little upset that Poshmark didn’t refund me too! I packaged the item with lots of padding you have the evidence! The postal workers didn’t handle it with care and that is not my fault. I reached out to Poshmark support to look over the claim again. It is only fair that both of us get our money. I had a case like this before where the package showed up to the buyer looking like it got run over by a truck! They refunded both of us.

mamakincaid @loxbutterfly yes I totally agree with you. Yes it was packaged very well. I hope you get refunded also cause it's not your fault its the post offices fault.
