badartgoodwalls Hi. I just received your feedback. I want to assure you that the sandals you purchased from me are 100% authentic. I actually purchased them from the Steve Madden store directly. The reason I sold them was because they were sitting in my closet, I never found an occasion to wear them, and it was past the return deadline.

badartgoodwalls So I decided to sell them on Posh. The price you paid was cheaper then what I originally purchased then for. I would never sell unauthentic items, and definitely did not manipulate the tag on the shoes (I wouldn't even know how to do that).

jamieuilani @gabysbags okay, well if that’s the case, am I able to return the item once received? I tried to make contact seconds after the order was accepted to cancel and never received a response. I didn’t realize this was a mass operation. Again, it’s going to put a financial strain on me to process this order, and while I know that’s not your problem, it is the holidays. I would appreciate it if I can return it to you for refund once received.
