jamiecatoe @diamondd2001 so, when I get it I have to accept it to release payment to you. Once I do then the money is released to your account on Poshmark. You can choose to buy something on Poshmark with it or you can request a distribution of the balance.

jamiecatoe @diamondd2001 I’m really sorry but I accepted your order the same day I received it so they should have released payment to you. Have you checked under your balance? It should be there and then you can request a distribution from Poshmark. If you’re unsure how to do this or if you don’t see the money reflected in your balance I would call customer service. I hope this helps.
