prepclassicmen @jodum2012 Hi, it may be possible to get the watch resized for free at your local jeweler retailer/store. Just take to them the watch and the extra links that was in the package, and ask if they charge for resizing. I'm sorry again for the inconvenience but I am glad to assist you at anytime. Thank you.

prepclassicmen @jodum2012 Check the box and the envelope again because there was suppose to be extra links in there. Perhaps they may have fallen out of the envelope during shipping? Just double check again and around your floor if possible.

jodum2012 @prepclassicmen I looked all in the box after I opened to make sure there were none there before commenting..I opened it in my kitchen, so I would have heard if something dropped out the box to the floor. There were no extra links in there. :(
