jamiechambers @soojinseelye Hi There! That's a great question! So when you follow someone or they follow you it greatly increases the traffic in your closet. When you share your item your followers see it, and then they may share it for you also to all of their followers! You end up getting alot more people that see your item, greatly increasing your chances of getting a sale. I hope this helps, if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask. tian22 Hi Jamie, Today I attempted to put on the hiking shoes you sold me. I have worn them for less than 2 total hours. The back of the shoe crumbled. When I took the shoe off the sole came off the rest of the shoe. It is completely unwearable, & I am so disappointed. Did you glue the sole back on? Wash or dry them in heat? Bake them in the sun? I have never had a PM issue, is there any way I can get my money back? Thank you!
