I went to go yesterday and talk to them but they were kind of being hard to handle and UPs kept sending me to the US postal and I had to drive everywhereI am so sorry for the delay and I will call them first thing tomoro morning! jamiesager Yes it goes through United postal service not UPS. That's what the label says and my other 2 packages came that way too. I was hoping to have them by today they are for my daughter for volleyball. And she has a game today, she has to have this kind for games. So we went out and bought a pair.

disneyqueen25 Hello, I am glad you recieved your items, but I do believe your rating of 3 stars on my profile was unfair and I wanted to add that I am sorry you felt that way. Your package was dropped off the day after you ordered. You stated I need to work on packaging, your items were wrapped in tissue paper and your glass item was wrapped in bubble wrap protected by air pocket protection. Again sorry for you "3" star order but I do hope you enjoy your items.
