dusteejade Hi can you please accept the package of 5 pair mens Wrangler jeans that you ordered from me in March? I saw a shipping update that said you had opened a case with your local post office - and the case was closed shortly after. Poshmark is still holding the payment from me. Can you confirm that you received the jeans please?

countrygirl9445 @dusteejade sorry I’m just now seeing this. I don’t understand why it was closed. We never received the order. They told us that it was lost. We figured it would show up eventually. Usps has been slow lately.

dusteejade @countrygirl9445 No worries! Thank you for your time :) I opened a case with Poshmark and they were quick to reply and get things sorted. They treated the case as lost with shipping carrier, refunded your account and credited mine. Thanks again!
