Hi Jamie, is there a reason you gave me a 4/5 score for the $49 heels that were in excellent condition and I gave you an excellent discount and sold them to you for $12?! I'm very confused. Please let me know what the issue was and I didn't see a note with your rating either, so I'm left clueless.

I am so sorry, I am glad you brought that to my attention. I was hurrying and thought I hit 5 stars. I love them and just showed them off to our guests. Is there a way to change the number of stars?

Jamie, I just came to a realization. I don't know if you read the comments about the coat but I listed it for a 7 year old and then found the tag which says 13-14 year old. So this jacket may be too big for your little guy. I thought I had changed it but just noticed right now that I didn't. So you might want to cancel the order? That seems easy enough, so sorry for the inconvenience. I always got the jackets really big but I just noticed this error. :(

Hi Jamie. I just noticed your comment after receiving the sweater and the Skirt Suit that you bought from me. I have been selling for years really beautiful clothing in great condition and I would have never sent the jacket to you that way if I had known. It was supposed to make it into my repair pile before it was posted and somehow must have been mixed up.

Anyhow I will learn from the mistake. The tree stars you gave me hurt pretty bad as a new posher since it really brings my percentage down a lot. It will be hard to recover from.

@fergusj , Well I am very sorry. I sell full time to supplement a small retirement and I was hoping that Posh would be an added venue. It was my fault and the pain felt will really teach me to be mire careful. These ratings are important to management if you want to excel.
