reuben214 @heidichanel Hi, the shadow looks used even though the listing said new. It looked like there was product missing and there was a dip in the middle of the jar that looked as if some had been used.

heidichanel @reuben214 I suggest you to go to a Chanel counter and ask a beauty advisor to show you a brand new one. Because all of them are dipper in the middle! This is a cream eyeshadow, not powder. So if it was used, you could see it in the pictures!!! Anyway I’ve sold more than 10 of them and all of my customers were 100% satisfied.:)

reuben214 @heidichanel it looks like there was once more product in the container because there is residue on the sides at a higher level than where the product is. That is why it seemed like it had been used. Is that normal too?

heidichanel @reuben214 yes, because it’s creamy texture. The pictures were clear. Anyway it’s no problem. I’ll take it back. That was my last one in that color.:)

heidichanel @reuben214 yes I understand, but everything in my closet is 100% brand new and authentic hun, this is the first time that someone opened a case on my listing and claiming that is not new. If it was even touched I wouldn’t put that description. However if the price is high, we could talk about price before the transaction...
