holajamie @mschneider802 That’s really awful and embrassing. Honestly, I hadn’t even noticed a smell. I was selling it on behalf of a friend. I have no idea if this is public, but if it is, I can delete it later. Just decline the hat, before 8pm tonight, so you won’t get charged. Hopefully, you can just toss it in the trash and not have to mail it back. I am not quite sure what the policy is... I apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment.

holajamie @mschneider802 Hi again, I reached out to customer service and I am not able to refund or reverse the sale. However, they said they would like to ensure that buyers are happy with sales. Perhaps, if you reach out to them, they will be able to make an exception and refund your money?
