tishstreasures Hi Jamie. I’m glad that the jeans finally made it to you. However, I am a bit confused by your rating. As a Posh Ambassador I strive for 5 stars with every purchase and am always open to suggestions. You gave me a 4 star rating and noted that I could improve in the areas of item description (you sent me a note saying they were great), packaging (You sent a note saying you loved my taste in Christmas greetings and wrapping), (1 of 2 messages)

tishstreasures (Message 2 of 2) cleanliness (they were freshly laundered before shipping) and seller responsiveness (they were shipped next day and when I saw tracking details had them going all over the place, I reached out to you). Can you explain? I just want to know what I could have done differently to improve the above noted areas and made this a 5 Star Sale. Thanks and thanks again for your purchase.

jamie4480 @har57ley I 'm confused too. I completed a few reviews, but maybe I clicked thinking that by clicking on the categories meant that the item was clean, well packaged, etc. I only saw up to 4 stars- I am new to Poshmark and it would have probably been a better idea to complete the rating on a larger screen. My apologies. By all means you deserve a 5 star rating. I had no idea clicking on packaging, etc was a bad thing- I really thought it was a plus.

tishstreasures @jamie4480 - thank you! If you go to bottom right and click on you user name, your Posh data will come up. From there click on Purchases or My Purchases. Everything you have ever bought shows up here. Click on the little right arrow to the right of the jeans. This will bring up the details of your purchase. Here click edit rating and you should be able to update. Thanks again!!
