ballagren @anxietyqueen Hi Jamie, I just received your feedback on the bundle you purchased from me. I was shocked to hear you say the pendant was plastic turquoise! It is not plastic! I would definitely state that in the description if it was. This is an old pawn piece. I want you to be happy with your items, and prefer you open a case and return them rather than feel it was a 3 star bundle. Thanks, Stephanie

anxietyqueen @ballagren Unfortunately the piece is plastic- I didn’t expect it to be real turquoise for the price, but I wasn’t expecting plastic. I had the necklace looked at by a local jewelry dealer and she confirmed my thoughts. I am happy with the other pieces but have issues with the turquoise- how would you like me to proceed?

ballagren @anxietyqueen no. They don’t allow that. You have to open a case and if they approve, you have to return all items. Not sure if you can do that now since you accepted the order. You can try. . I’m sorry- I wouldn’t have listed it as turquoise, if it wasn’t, another option is if you see other items you like in my closet, I will credit you the amount of the pendant. Stephanie
