destinynb @jbspinney No, you need to have them re-issue new mailing labels so I can print it out, and mail the coat to the rightful owner, and she can do the same and send me the purse.

destinynb @jbspinney this makes no sense. This isn’t an issue or error I created, and I just don’t have time to deal with all this. This happened to me before, and the seller just had Posh reissue labels.

jbspinney @destinynb I do apologize this is not convenient for me either. The post office made a mistake. The other person has not yet received the package yet. I cannot re-issue you labels or I would. They probably need conformation from you that you each received wrong order.

jbspinney @destinynb it will not allow me to cancel since it was accepted. You will have to email Poshmark support. If it is not resolved I’ll provide you a full refund.

jbspinney @destinynb it won’t allow me to refund you because you accepted. I have already tried. They will get back to you. They do not have the best support dept. I let them know, it did take over 2 days for them to respond back to me initially.

jbspinney @destinynb I thought it was coming back to me already because it was refused? But Either one is good just let me know. They are sending Jacket to you, you can dispute if you don’t want it. Unfortunately I have no say in how they handle this.
