sophiesue516 Hi. I wasn't sure where to post my response so I put it a few places. The waist of the cropped camo pants has elastic in the rear waist. Using that, I can get the waist measurement to 20" lying flat. The thigh measures just under 15" lying flat. Hope this helps. If you'd likw more info, please feel free to ask @SophieSue516
