eriannuzzi Actually i guess you’ll have to open it to take a photo to submit a claim for return. I’m so extremely sorry for the inconvenience 😔 and that you’ll have to mail it back. I guess you can then decide if you want to repurchase the snowsuit and obviously i hope you will. Sorry!!

thrift4coffee @eriannuzzi okay. I have not received the package yet. I have two newborn twins so I don’t know how quick it will happen that I get them returned. Is it pretty easy to return things? I’ve never had to return things from posh mark

eriannuzzi @jamielueck i’m not sure. I was trying to read about it. I think you have to submit the claim then they will get back to you and email you a label to print. If you don’t mail same day you’ll just have to request a new label because i think they are time sensitive. I’m so sorry! I blame me 2 yr old for confusing the labels. Congratulations on you twins! That’s a handful!
