jnewboutique Hi love! You filed a claim on the wrong order I assume because what you showed in the picture was never sent to you. I remember packaging your order specifically because I checked the necklace to see if it was in great condition, which it was as because it’s brand new. I know I never sent you hair ties instead of the necklace because I don’t even own those butterfly hair ties you said I sent instead.

jnewboutique I’m not sure if it’s because you wanted the free gift when it didn’t meet the minimum or maybe you got 2 orders mixed up.If you can please contact support telling them you made a false claim I would greatly appreciate it. I’m a college student that has to support my family from income on here and this is taking income from me by false accusations 😕 i did take a low ball on this purchase as well just to be nice and knowingly money can be tight...

jnewboutique I was really hoping to hear back from you because it’s shown you’ve been active.. I’ve contacted support to fix this problem and they are a little suspicious. I was really hoping you’d understand because I’m sure you wouldn’t like it if someone did this to you and messed with your income to survive, but it’s okay. Everyone is different, so I won’t blame anyone. I’m sure it’d be awesome to try to get something for free.. but not when it takes away from someone else😕 I hope you have a good day

jamiesue7 @jeeesssssiii. I can assure you I'm not trying to get away with anything. I'm not even mad. I was just asking why the necklace isn't in there with the briefs. Guaranteed the hair ties were in there but not the necklace. If you don't have hair ties like that then I don't know where they came from but they were in the package you sent. As someone that is self-employed myself I do understand image and reputation. I was not trying to create a problem or do your business any harm.

jnewboutique @jamiesue7 thank you for getting back to me. That is extremely strange as to why the hair ties were in the package.. I’ve never seen hair ties like that and have never owned something like those ever. I do remember packaging your exact order too. I remember super clearly so I know I didn’t put send those. I don’t even have the necklace I sent in my inventory so i didn’t forget it. Did the package appear to be open when you received it? That worries me honestly

jnewboutique @jamiesue7 yes, I use those bags for all my necklaces. I check the bags before every order to make sure they aren’t broken for any reason. I remember triple checking your order because I wanted to see how many I had left after this. This really upsets me and doesn’t add up at all... I’m wondering if someone messed with the package, but you said it wasn’t opened when you received it. I’m still talking to support to see what they can do

jnewboutique I’m going to see if I still have the pictures I took after I got done gathering your order. Hopefully it will help poshmark investigate more. I usually take pictures of orders and delete them after the whole transaction is complete because I’ve gotten scammed so many times by people saying I either forgot something or didn’t send it (I’m not saying this is what you are doing. It’s just happened in the past)
