hferraiuolo Good evening. I sold you a pair of shoes and on my sales, it has said delivered for a while so I assumed you got them. I'll have to look into it and possibly file a dispute with the post office or something. Is there any way to reimburse you on here? I don't know how all of this works. I am so sorry. 😞

erika040404 Hello, I have just read your feedback and somehow I don't understand this all & all. I have send out the earrings some day like purchase was made. USPS don't have update on the tracking, so I have contacted POSHMARK and they update status for shipped. If you pay attention and ever open the tracking update, post office hold on some places over 4 days shipment. It's not my fault, I can't control USPS, after I'm dropping packages to them, it's out from my hands.

erika040404 Shipping labels promise 3 days delivery, never happened. Everyone seller deal with some issue. So this 2 stars feedback for slow shipping time, it's like punishing sellers, for something what should be USPS punish. Also I don't understand this extra comment, never received Earrings. Tracking update confirm delivery. I believe it's also my fault. 🤔 :( I'm sorry you feel this way towards someone, who sent out earrings same day like was purchase made.
