mimosadreaming Hi Jamie. I noticed I only had 3 stars on your Ecko coat purchase. I feel bad that you were disappointed. I feel very strongly about giving excellent customer service and try to describe as thoroughly as I can with measurements and close up pictures. What I can do to improve this experience for you? gypsyswag @mimosadreaming I don't feel the coat matched the description as it was listed a 1x in women's and according to the measurements should have fit perfectly which was not the case also one of the pockets has a hole inside it .over all a Beautiful coat i chose to keep it an gift to a loved one .
