Hi 👋! This is Susan. I sold ya the Justin Roper boots which did not fit ya. I wanted to let ya know that I am not mad about the return. I mainly want people to be happy with their purchase. Hate to admit but I have worn boots for over 40 years! Used to when I tried on a new pair of boots, had to work hard to get them on. Then couldn’t wear them very long at a time cuz they required break in time! Boots are made different today!

I am old school to the core on some things & boots are definitely one of them. I can't stand those square toe things. I haven't bought a pair of boots in so many years that I didn't realize just how differently they can be sized or may by is just a different line of Justin that is smaller. I just know there was no way for me to get my foot through the top. Believe me, I tried. Thank you for understanding.
