houseofmonkey Hi, Jamie. Thank you so much for your order. (The 9 West wedges) I just went to pack them, and noticed some light scraping on the back right of the right shoe. I don't know how I hadn't seen it before. I tried to take a pic to show you, but PM won't let me edit the listing now. I wanted to tell you, and make sure you're still comfortable proceeding with the sale. 😊

houseofmonkey @jburress76 I wanted to give you an update. When I went to the PO, the clerk who waited on me said that medium box flat rate shipping is $14.35, and that he could not accept the label. He agreed that the package was less than 5 lbs, and packaged properly. I tried to explain about Poshmark, I showed him the small print on the bottom of the label, and I told him that I have sent many packages exactly like this before, but it did no good.

houseofmonkey @jburress76 I have sent a detailed account to both PM, and USPS, and I am waiting to hear from them. In the meanwhile, I have given the package to my friend, to see if he can send it from another PO. I will keep you informed, as soon as I hear anything. :)

houseofmonkey @jburress76 no. I am hoping that my friend will be able to ship it from a different P.O.. I have informed both PM and USPS of the issue. I have never encountered this before.

mountaincloset Hi. I received your message about your mother’s purchase. I explained in the description that there was wear. Silver is hard to show correctly. Your mom gave me a 5 star rating. If she was unhappy I would have seen it in the rating. The wallet was sold for $40 not $50. In any case, I don’t want an unhappy customer. I am camping at the moment so I have limited service.
