mcaninchhome @lala1006 I did submit a request after I accidentally accepted the item. I hadn’t heard back and did not know it went only to Poshmark customer service. I thought it went to you as well. I would be happy to change the rating back once my item is received. I was trying to get answers and just clicked on the send request button as I’m new to shopping on here and thought that’s what I was supposed to do.

lala1006 @mcaninchhome I understand where you’re coming from, but I had zero communication about it since it was marked as received. I spent the last 2 hours dealing with this, I opened an investigation with USPS via phone, I was told they will get back to me within 72 hours. I also drove to my PO and inquired. Again, more than happy to help.

lala1006 @mcaninchhome usps called back and it was scanned after pick up but not again. It’s completely lost and I can’t file a claim until 69 days. I’m opening a case with posh to refund you. I’m terribly sorry, this stinks for both is us. ☹️
