thelouisbee @jamie_oksas when you go to your purchases and click a button that says something like "problem with order" go there and write poshmark what happened. They might just send you a label to ship it back to me or to the original buyer.

thelouisbee Hi there I'm not quite sure what is going on, the order was accepted so now I'm not sure if poshmark can do anything. You can keep the item if you want and dont have the time to ship it back or whatever. Just let me know soni can cancel my other buyers order. Thanks!

of__the__earth I don't know how it got accepted.....I got charged for the tank top from you tie dye 14.99...this has been a total mix up. Since you did it on accident can you do something about it from your end? I don't want whatever is in the package and now paid 15$ for nothing so I am not going to pay to ship it back to you now, how can we resolve this, do you know of a way? Hope we can find a solution.

thelouisbee @jamie_oksas I have contacted poshmark. They released payment because you didnt accept or send an inquiry to posh apon receiving the item. What you can do is contact poshmark support and ask for a shipping label to ship it back to me. You wont hve to pay for shipping at all, either I will or poshmark does. Send them and email with my username and explain the mixup and they'll probably send a new shipping label.

thelouisbee @jamie_oksas poshmark got back to me and since you did not put an inquiry on the order and the payment was released, they cannot do anything about the situation... I dont think there is anything I can do anymore on my end not your end. I also have to note the dust on a order that was much larger than yours. You recieved a jacket that someone paid $40 for. So I'll have to cancel that order as well.

of__the__earth Hmmm just sent them an email to see if there is anything they can do! What a mix up, best to make sure you send the item to the right person in the future. I am new and the only way to have the problem with order was to accept the item, I am new to this and its been a bit confusing. Can't the person who bought the item since she has not received it report the problem?

thelouisbee @jamie_oksas Since I didnt send her anything yet, there is nothing she can do on her end. Let me know what poshmark says to you. Usually if the buyer reports a problem they can definately fix it but since the payment has been processed it might be a completely closed order. I am more than happy to send you your shirt if you still want it. Shipping is not that expensive. Lmk(:
