jdelso12 @jamie7955 Just wanted to say I really have no idea what you’re talking about regarding the boots you purchased from me. They were absolutely not falling apart. If you were disappointed you 1) didn’t have to give a 5 star rating & 2) could have contacted customer support for refund for this issue if you felt you weren’t getting what you thought.

If there is some part of the boot that looks bad then it was an oversight and Im sorry. these were on a resell app so they obv weren’t *Brand New. For what they are though they were in excellent shape. I’m waiting to hear back from support so i’m sure someone will be in touch. Take care

Sometimes people overlook things by mistake. Not many posters would reach out to support for the dissatisfied buyer as so did… Just sayin. Take care-
