Hi Jamie, I see they made a decision on the case today. I am reaching out to Poshmark again on your behalf. I am asking Poshmark to give you a refund. I have seen monk strap Skechers crack like that before...so I know it can happen that one minute the shoes look good and the next minute they look bad. I'll keep you posted on what I learn. Andrea
