snc1994 Hello, just wanted to mention that the dress you bought was not advertised as brand new- eyelet by nature has loose threads here and there. That’s how I got it from Anthro myself. I inspected the dress and it was in fine condition. I feel like you put this rating because you are upset I didn’t take your initial offer that was 70% less than my asking price. Just from a seller standpoint these are my thoughts.

Sellers have a legal obligation to provide fair and accurate descriptions of the items they are selling just as buyers have a legal obligation to perform due diligence before purchasing an item. As we both agreed on price, I was in no way “angry” and was happy to purchase from you!

jamierygielski The rating was simply reflective of the condition of the item which was not consistent with the stock photos on the listing which imply new/almost new condition. I feel this was an error on both our parts;myself as the buyer for not asking more questions and you as the seller for the way the item was depicted in the listing. I hope we can both grow from this and wish you nothing but the best in the future!
