I’m sorry you weren’t pleased with the order. I assumed ‘minor signs of wear’ would include the kinds of concerns you mentioned (though I admit I never paid any mind to the holes myself) but I was wrong. Id rather give you a refund then have a rating of 2 stars. If you want to return it, that’s fine with me.

@jloos15 you have to “cancel” the order. Basically, the site will open an investigation into it and you’ll need to provide photos of your concerns with the dress. It won’t look good for my account, but I respect your decision either way. I truly didn’t intend to sell you something shoddy. I think we just have different perspectives on quality and what we’d be comfortable wearing.

@erwasserman96 I tried to cancel the order from my end but I am unable to. Is it something you need to do? I’m sorry it won’t look good for your account but the dress is pretty worn for the price. I also found a hole on of the sleeves. It would be fair if the item was listed for a cheaper price, but I paid 25$ total . Not a price I would have paid if I knew there were holes. Thx for understanding and let me know what to do next in order to cancel and return.

@jloos15 I found the following under FAQs. Unfortunately it looks like we’re out of the three-day window—a bummer for you because you spent money on a dress you don’t want, and a bummer for me because now i have a two-star rating. I’m sorry it ended up this way. It sucks. If it’s any consolation (I suspect it won’t be) I can send you anything else from my closet for free. I also have another horny toad dress that’s newer that I can send you instead. Up to you.

If the buyer receives an item that is not as described within the listing, is sent the wrong item, or is in some other way not as described, the buyer can report their problem to us within 3 days of delivery through the app or on the web. Hi! I just packed up your new dress and went to out the label on and saw your address - I used to have BLC as one of my clients! I miss visiting HC. so excited to have a customer from one of my favorite areas in California. ❤️
