jamiehuff36 @mjworkman80 hey there! I’m about to ship out your wine chiller and tested everything again and it looks like the rechargeable batteries are not working. It still works plugged in and you can purchase rechargeable battery replacements if you want. Wanted to check in with in case you wanted to cancel. Sorry for the inconvenience

mjworkman80 @jamiehuff36 I’m kinda an idiot when it comes to battery stuff....are rechargeable batteries hard to find? I was planning to use it outside. Thanks for your help!

jamiehuff36 @mjworkman80 haha me either! But! I checked the instructions and it said a replacement can be purchased at any electronics supply store. Just for kicks I checked amazon and I saw one anywhere from $5-$7! The instructions tell you exactly what to buy
