vintagequeen714 Yes, On counter offers, or offers from the buyer there is no shipping discount, it's only when you accept the "new" offer with reduced shipping. Sorry, it's confusing! Maybe you can cancel and re-puchase? I think it's only a couple $'s difference. I've learned that the hard way myself. I hope this clarifies? Thx again.
