@mom_n_rn I heard back from customer support and they said as long as you and I are in communication with each other that it is fine. They did say the system will cancel the order automatically after 21 days if the order hasn't shipped yet.
please stay say and let me know when it is safe to ship it your way.

@mom_n_rn I had another email from customer service and it sounds like my account could get a bad mark against it if I wait too long to ship. I am going to cancel the order for now. once things get back to normal for you, please reach out and I'll relist it so you can repurchase it. Please let me know if you decide you don't want it anymore so I can offer it up for sale again. does that work?
