It's great that you're using the offer feature it is important that you remember that sellers have to pay fees on each sale we make, so offers of $5 or $8 will typically be denied or countered with a higher amount. Some sellers even consider offers that low to be "offensive" or "rude". You're welcome to shop my closet any time, I'm just not able to provide such large discounts on my new with tags listings. @shch1004 I simply made an offer. I have no idea about what a/sellers consider a "low ball offer". At the same time nothing gets said when sellers to "over charge" for used items but that must be acceptable .
