juliebayman Hi. You purchased the Coke Haan suede driving loafers. I damaged them last night. I was trying to take a tiny spot off with suede cleaner and the cleaner made it worse on the area under the toe. I should have left them alone. I am so sorry but I will not sell them to you with this mark on the toe. You can’t see it from top but I know it’s there. I am so sorry!! I hope you understand.

juliebayman If you know someone who could fix it, I would be open to cheap sale. If not I totally understand. I pride myself in selling perfect items. I guess I thought I was a shoe repair person. My husband told me to leave it alone. I didn’t listen. I’m so sorry.

juliebayman @maeandrews I’m so sorry. I normally don’t buy suede. For that reason. However I can’t believe the cleaner would do that. I’m going to see if a cobbler can fix it. I should have left well enough alone.
