simmonsca @jdoenyc1685 Under your account is a section to click on called My guide to Poshmark. In that section there is a "list luxury items section" and it may be in there. I have not had to do that as of yet so I'm not really sure. There is also a link in the list luxury items section at the very bottom where you can contact customer care. they are very helpful. Sorry I can't help with this I just haven't had to do that thus far.

jdoenyc1685 @simmonsca so I need help when someone buys a item how do they pay I'm so confused... someone has purchased my shoes but how do I get money and so on I don't know how this works at all.. I don't even know how to send direct message to anyone... please help lol

simmonsca @jdoenyc1685 when someone buys something from your closet it will be marked sold by Poshmark on your site. Poshmark will take the money from their account and they hold it. You have at least three days to get the item shipped to that person. once you ship it there is a tracking that you can follow. once the item is delivered to the person they have three days to accept it. If they don't except the item by the 4th day, then Poshmark will release your money to into your account.

jdoenyc1685 @simmonsca hey!!! I have one more question!!.. lol... my item was purchased on Friday... and it says three days for shipping my issue is I can ship out Monday... the post office is closed on Sunday is this going to be a issue.?

simmonsca @jdoenyc1685 no its not going to be an issue. i just make sure I have it ready to go and drop it off on Monday when that happens. 😀 congratulations on your sale.

simmonsca @jdoenyc1685 it means that they might be invested in buying the item. you can make them an offer on it. Sometimes they may add a few items to a bundle and buy it that way to save on shipping
