kellkie Hi, I’m sorry that your shoes fell apart. These things happen sometimes. I did not set the shoes up to fall apart. Sometimes this happens. I would never do this on purpose. Why don’t you get a hold of posh Mark and try to see what they can do. Instead of bashing me, you know these shoes were secondhand. I did not know that they would fall apart.

kellkie I’ve been on here for years and this has happened maybe five or six times out of the thousands of items that I’ve sold. Because we are human and things tear apart. Sometimes keeping them in storage they fall apart and you don’t realize it.

kellkie I guess you think I purposely set you up to get a pair of broken shoes. Like I purposely sell shoes that are torn up to people.No one would do this on purpose. The mature thing to do would have been too get a hold of me and tell me what happen to see what I could do. Or get a hold of posh Mark. This is a community of human beings, I’m not Amazon.
