damanda99 Thanks for the review of the dress. I’m so sorry it did not meet your standards. I was on vacation when the order was received which is why it was delayed. I placed the garment in 2 new target bags because of the nasty weather in days surrounding shipping. The plastic was to protect the dress which has never been in a smoke environment. When I sell items for $15, I cannot afford to professionally launder them. I hope you’ll be happy after a small laundering investment.
