jamiestahelek @gingerfashions unfortunately they are not as pictured I am not to happy with that. The graphics you have pictured are amazing g not happy with what I got on the back of mine. Would not have ordered if that was pictured

gingerfashions @jamiestahelek I can issue you an exchange or full refund, negative ratings impact my store & even though human error happens I go above and beyond to accommodate my customers even with free shoes if I have too. I’m super discouraged you left a 1 star rating instead of communicating with me. I take my customers seriously & I’m happy to give you a refund & even say keep the shoes for your trouble but at this point I’m not sure how to proceed.

jamiestahelek @gingerfashions I will change the rating. And I do hope that we can come to some kind of agreement. I do realize human error is a thing just a bit discouraged when I opened them due to being excited for them. And an 8 shoe is so large. I’m not sure why I wear and 8 but they are massive. If you want to send a pair and I’ll return them when the others come that would work

anniesegrue Jammie I’m sorry I was not able to get your outfit out today, but I had a vet appointment, and I didn’t get home in time for the postman! We don’t leave anything outside since we had stuff stolen at Christmas time... it will go out tomorrow I would assume it will be there by Monday! Thank you for being patient!
