josephmarrow1 I should’ve checked that Michael Kors watch that I bought off you before I gave you five stars I just checked it today after putting the battery in it and the stem came straight out which I know you’re fully aware of and I’m unhappy and unsatisfied with that purchase it was my bad for giving you five stars before I checked the watch!!

omade123 @josephmarrow1 Hello, I’m sorry to hear the stem came off when you put the battery in it. In the original description it stated that it needed a new battery. I never opened the watch, nor was I aware of anything issues. I would recommend taking it to the repair shop.
