instyleliny Hi Jan, I sent my brand new Versace bag to Poshmark for authentication. Everything was included in the listing. I packed with care. I was surprised to learn that the tags were missing and the hardware was scratched. I just don’t know what happened after I shipped the package. Even though you accepted the order, you should get a brand new bag as I described in the listing. I feel very sorry.

janhurley123 @instyleliny Please don’t feel sorry. I am thrilled. A few scratches on the hardware tells me someone used it; and I like that. It’s brand new pristine items that make me nervous. Makes me feel like it’s fake. Don’t you think a thing about it. I’m so exited to get it! I’ve been watching and wanting it for MONTHS! 😊

janhurley123 @kingskloset2020 Let me ask something so he has all the information he needs to decide. I assume the hole where the rivet goes runs though to the other side. In other words, if he thinks he could use some sort of glue on the side of one rivet, put it through the hole and put the other rivet on the other side, they will meet and that might work?

janhurley123 @kingskloset2020 I haven't given up on this one. Since I wouldn't be buying it to resell it, I really wouldn't care that we had to fix the rivet. Let's just stick with this one for now, and if my husband doesn't think he could fix the rivet, I will be watching for your other 30s. Awesome response time on all of this! Thanks!

janhurley123 @kingskloset2020 I'm so sorry but I canceled my offer. My husband said he couldn't fix it, and I live in a small town...we don't even have a cobbler to fix leather goods, etc. I hope there is no hard feelings. I thank you again for being transparent about the broken rivet.
