Hi Jan, I'm sorry if the item was not cleaned properly. I clean all items and they are steam cleaned twice and inspected for flaws in the process (for photos and before shipping). Something must have happened that I didn't notice before packaging. Thank you for explaining why you gave a 4 star rating. Please accept my apologies, and I will inspect more closely next time.
