@jlguiley hi Jana, I don't understand. I just saw your rating; Posh says the item was delivered and accepted but you're saying you never received it? You should contact Posh regarding that and see if there's anything they can do. They are usually helpful with their customer service if you email them, it just takes a day or two. I have a 5 star rated closet and take pride in my service so I'd hate to get 1 star for something that's not in my control

@jlguiley There's really not much I can do on my end. If you accidentally hit the accept button, I think the email should come from you explaining that you haven't received the item yet but accidentally hit Accept. I would also say that even though Posh tracking says the item has delivered, it hasn't popped up yet where your other orders have. I can't reverse your acceptance, I'm not even sure Posh can at that point, but that's gonna be your best bet in trying to resolve this.
