haladin Hey there- I wanted to check in + get your thoughts about the ring being stuck at PMHQ. I've *never* had this happen before. Keep in mind you will *not get your funds* until they release it and send to me. I've already reached out to them several times, asking what the hold up is. But I think you may also want to reach out at this point. I think they just don't know what the ring is- it's not something easy like a Gucci bag- so it's gone to to the bottom of the pile cuz they can't ID it... 😒

alyana2017 @haladin hey! Yes, it is taking a REALLY long time. I am not worried about it being authentic...I know it is! The message I am getting is that because of the time of year, and not enough employees...they are really backed up. They told me I have to wait until Friday (tomorrow) which will be 7 days since the last update to file for “help”. It really is frustrating...wish we would have gone with the 499! Will never do that again. I am so sorry it is taking so long...
