@janaslyder - Good Morning! I have been tracking the package and it indicated that it was in SC on Sat., Feb.2nd. I looked this morning and now it is on its way back to Illinois?. Did you receive it? This has never happed to me before. If you don’t have it, let me know and I will contact Poshmark and find out how to handle this. I am so sorry for any inconvenience!

@janaslyder - I will go to my post office tomorrow with all my paperwork and see what is going on! I have never had this happen before. They did not send it back to me either. This is so strange. I will update you tomorrow. If they can locate it here - they need to get it back to me so I can quickly resend it to you. Just checking here- is your address correct on your profile information?

@designernut Yes, my address is correct. I purchased 4 other Poshmark items and all arrived via USPS with no issues. This is very strange. It made it all the way to Columbia, SC and then it was returned. Let me know what you find out. My address is:

@janaslyder - first thing tomorrow I will go to the post office and find out what they did. I will email Poshmark after I here from the post office. I can’t imagine why they did this!! Every sale I have had, has gone extremely smoothly. I will be in touch and have a nice night.

@janaslyder Good Morning- I have a supervisor checking into the package. she will try to call me back in an hour. I stressed how urgent this is and you need it by Sat. The package has not been sent back to me either. I can’t stress how sorry I am and I have no idea what USPS is doing here!! I will keep in touch.

I just heard back from the USPS supervisor. She has 9 emails our to people to locate rent package and get it to you. USPS has no idea why it was sent back to Illinois. They are very aware you need this by Sat. They will call me tomorrow morning with an update. Let’s hope it’s on it’s way back to you!!

@designernut my husband went to our PO this morning & it appears there were several in scannable bar codes on the package, don’t know if this is a Poshmark thing, but it was returned undelivered because of the shipping label. I highly doubt I will receive this before Saturday unless you overnight it. Maybe just cancel the order & issue a refund?

@janaslyder - hi- I got a message that it was sent back to you today. I have not gotten paid yet. I get paid once you accept the package. I will keep you updated on what I hear. I told them you need this by Sat. Let me know if it does show up. I also let Poshmark know about this. If you don’t get it. We will cancel the order and I hope they return it to me.

@janaslyder - I made a large label over my old label and it was very clear where it was going and who would get it. I even confirmed with my PO that it was ok to do this, and they assured me “yes” If they send it back to me, which we will know in the next 2 days; do you want me to repackage it and send it to you? If you decide you still want it ( when I get it back) I would be happy to resend and add another necklace for all these issues. This is my first issue w/ USPS.

@designernut When I checked this morning, the necklace is back in Carol Stream after another failed delivery to Columbia, SC. I’m kinda at a loss on what to do, because I’ll need to buy another necklace for my event on Saturday.

@janaslyder - I am so sorry for all of these issues. It was. Dry clear on the box where to send it to. I will let you know if it gets returned to me today. Do you want to cancel the order all together? Or do you want me to resend it in another box and add a 2nd necklace? I realize you will miss your Sat. Deadline. I plan on taking this up with the PO. They are the ones who assured me there would be no issue. Let me know what you want to do.

I called the PO this morning and it is back in Illinois! The supervisor assured me she would ensure it would get to you in SC when it was at the SC distr center.
If I get it back- do you want me to repackage it and resend ( with 2nd necklace)
Or do you want to cancel the order? I reached out to Posh to fInd out how to cancel, if this is your choice. My sincere apologies for all of this!!

I just sent you 3 to pick from in messenger. Let me know if you like any of them. The round one is a light yellow/cream. The coral on was made by an artist in Chicago and its beautiful! The 3rd one is from Bauble Bar. The cream/ soft yellow one is from banana republic.
