fashnminx Hi. Are you asking if these items are new with tags? If so, they are. Brand new and WITH tags. I have photos of both tags in my listing. I bought the Boyshorts at Bloomingdales and the bustier at Frederick of Hollywood in LA. Never wore them. Hope this helps.
