imagine101 I just feel bad, I only buy leather, a fetish really,,, LOVE the smell. I use only the best cleaners and conditioners. When I purchased the bag, The lady said it was from "denim rub" I used my cleaner and it was good as new. Haven't used the bag for a year or better, and keep them in a large dust bag. Please let me know how it turns out. It IS a great bag, I paid more than I should have but its my favorite & only addiction 😜
