chrissybk Hi Janay, thanks for the shares. I will be visiting Philadelphia soon to visit relatives. My brother who goes by Mike Ski owns True Hand. They do tattooing and graphic arts projects. You can look them up by googling True Hand. His fiancé, Josie, is co-owner of Barnet Fair which is a hair salon opened last March in a renovated historic hotel.
