2bclassyelegant Hi Janaya, did I answer you question regarding the Topshop dress ? I’m sorry I was rather sleepy last night plus the dress is still in the box so I can’t reply right away. But I did add new photos of the dress. It’s brand new . I bought the wrong size and the shipping cost to return it to UK is expensive plus I already paid the custom fees so I keep it instead

2bclassyelegant It’s a tie wrap but it has self tie knot so you can just adjust the tightness according to your taste . Hopefully this helps.
