janegirl43560 @oneinamillionjj Oh for pete's sake! I'm so sorry about this! I got the anklet yesterday morning already and rated you immediately. The darned site kept telling me I couldn't rate it until I received it. I was sitting there with it right in my hand! I've sent a message to the help Center telling them they are just plain WRONG...so I hope that will help release the money! Again, I'm so sorry!

I sent them a cpl messages along with the tracking # so they can see that I did ship it the same day u bought & u only live a few states away so it arrived super quick.
