janes_closet @reneeebelender hi there, usually there is an option as "open a case" before you click "accept the package" But I saw you already accept the package I guess you can't find open case option now. I don't have any refund option from my end either. So you need to contact Poshmark customer service about this and they'll help you refund. I'll also email poshmark too. But from my experience, they need the buyer to contact them.
