lilbluhorse Hi Jane, I received the (3) 1000 piece puzzles I purchased. However, since none of the 3 boxes were tapes or properly secured, and the puzzle pieces were not packed into bags, all 3 boxes opened up during transit and I now have a 3000 piece nightmare on my hands!! I left you a comment on the order but you don’t seem responsive. What do I do? Thank you.

lilbluhorse @writejane I have already started the tedious process of separating the 3 puzzles piece by piece. The next time you ship a puzzle, consider taping the boxes or putting the pieces in a plastic zip bag. This was the worst packaging I’ve ever experienced. The packing paper you stuffed in there was completely flattened, giving the boxes plenty of room to shake themselves open.
