risemika Hey Jane, I am really sorry about the sandals. If you want a refund, I think you can rate the item super low and send it back to me. I can also offer 70% off any other item in my closet. I honestly didn’t notice the smudge because it must have happened while it was in storage and I packed it at night in dim light. It is completely my fault:-(
