I am terribly sorry but I shipped you the wrong item. Your jacket was also sent to the wrong buyer. I humbly apologize as I will have straitened this out. Please let Poshmark know as they will open a case on this. Again, I apologize.

Hello, as I commented on your page, the jacket that you ordered has some issues. The wrong buyer received your item and also it shows in system that it has not been shipped. If you wish, you may cancel this transaction and buy it again once it comes back, or you may wait as this gets sorted out. Either way, I would appreciate a reply. I humbly apologize for the mix up.

Jane, I owe you a huge apology. The item that I thought was shipped to you arrived today with not your address, but the intended buyer. I'm not sure what happened or if two of the same labels were printed at the same time. The jacket was shipped to this other person also. Again, duplicate. I have been attempting to contact to to no avail. Hopefully you will see this message and accept my most humble apology.
